Qualifications & Experience
BE / BTech (CS/IT) with 2-10 years of experience in ReactJs, NextJs, GoLang, Python (Django), PostgresSQL & MongoDb
Must Have
- Design client-side and server-side architecture.
- Developing and implementing highly-responsive and reusable user interface components
- Frontend Performance optimization for maximum speed and scalability
- Translating wireframes and sketches into working prototypes to highly-visible end user-facing features
- Maintain development standards, practices & principles
- Who can write effective APIs
- Develop and manage well-functioning/ structured backend code and applications
- Proficient understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with Redux (or any other unidirectional state management library)
- Experience with Styling Libraries (such as Styled Components, Material-UI, CSS, SASS, LESS)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket – Knowledge of isomorphic React
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Auth0
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, NextJs,etc
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
- Have expertise in implementing micro services (using tools and technologies for messaging, RPC, containerization, etc.)
- Hands on experience with Spring Boot/ Spring cloud frameworks
- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, RKT, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Basic experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, TeamCity, GoCD, Concourse, etc.)
- Experience working with Mongo DB along with AWS/ Google Cloud
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, ability to write complex queries and optimize them
- Experience in cross-platform mobile App development would be an added advantage
- Experience working with Python Zero Steiner would be an added advantage
- Analytical approach on what and how
- Having working knowledge of Finance & BFSI Industry will be a big plus
- Be a self-starter and be eager to compress 20 years of hard work & growth over the next 4-5 years
- Be a team player, a good listener and have an enterprising mindset to come up with creative solutions
- Be ready to align to the company’s mission
